I provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and professional space for you to explore areas that you may not have explored previously with others, or have found too challenging to acknowledge on your own.

 

Through dialogue and the relational experience I look to work on increasing awareness and insight, and in turn create an environment in which healing and transformation may occur with my clients.

 

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and to be most effective are weekly, however sometimes this can be increased depending on circumstances, either multiple sessions per week or double sessions.
