I am a Gestalt Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I work primarily with adults one to one, I have facilitated groups and I worked with the charity MIND in Kent, I now freelance for other organisations. 

 

I have two decades of experience working in areas such as: trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, loss and bereavement, personality disorders, relationship issues, gender identity, sexuality, complex childhood histories and addictions such as substances, work and sex.

I provide both short and long term counselling from my private practices in Beckenham and Sevenoaks. I also provide home visits across Kent and London, just a confidential space is needed within your home for us to work together.

My fee is £80 for one to one sessions, and £100 for couples in my Beckenham and Sevenoaks practices.

Double sessions or multiple weekly sessions are also an option. 

I have a keen interest in increasing confidence, self esteem and self worth, and for my clients to befriend themselves and lead fulfilling lives.
