Contemporary Gestalt therapy is one of sharing, understanding and connecting. It is to make sense of things through dialogue, the therapeutic relationship and within our body sensations and feelings. Each session is unique and we work together in the present moment to understand the areas you wish to explore.


I share and interact with those I work with, in turn we make sense together of who you are, what you feel, how you think.


I work in all areas of emotional pain and unrest; trauma, addiction, loss, self esteem, relationships and depression or anxiety. I am interested in your internal process and needs.


My approach is for you to reconnect in being the expert of your life experience, to befriend yourself and lead a rewarding life. We travel together on your journey to explore any obstacles preventing this.
